🚨 OKCMQG MEETING ALERT — PLEASE READ! 🚨
Quilters, we have a little unexpected wrinkle in our plans for tomorrow night’s meeting!
Since tomorrow is a federal holiday, it appears the Oklahoma County Extension offices will be closed. Unfortunately, that creates a potential problem with getting access to our meeting room.
Our board is working to contact someone with the Extension Service to see if we can make arrangements. If anyone has a personal contact with someone in authority at the Extension office, please reach out to our President, Dorinda Gowery, as soon as possible.
Also, if you have access to another meeting space that might accommodate our group tomorrow evening, please let Dorinda know!
We really don’t want to cancel our meeting, especially with our Round Robin Reveal on the agenda! 🧵✂️ We’re working to find a solution, but for now, please keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates and confirmation of our meeting plans.
Thanks for your patience, flexibility, and help as we work through this little scheduling snag. Let’s hope we can keep the seams together and meet as planned! 💙
